Payment Options

We understand that caring for your pet and following medical recommendations can be financially challenging sometimes. As such, we have several options in place to help make the costs associated with pet ownership a bit easier:

So that we may focus on our patients’ needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, payment is expected when services are rendered. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Ebenezer Animal Hospital understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through several payment companies. These include:
- The CareCredit program. This medical credit card takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into monthly installments. You can either apply at our hospital, where we’ll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply yourself online at: www.CareCredit.com. The CareCredit program offers bonuses such as Low Monthly Payments (3% of the Total Balance), Interest Free For 6 Months, Determine Approval in a Few Minutes, and no annual fee.
- ScratchPay. This is a one time loan option exclusively for pet owners. they offer financing options that fit your budget.

Insurance For Your Pets

Another popular option for your family and pet is insurance coverage. Just like with human insurance, it’s important to have insurance on your pet before emergencies arise. Monthly costs are typically lowest when pets join as puppies and kittens, and get higher if you don’t sign your pet up until later in life.
